Are you a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record in the CDMO space? We are partnering with a growing global contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) to find an exceptional Head of Sales to drive business growth across key markets.


The Role:

As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic commercial plan to expand market share, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role offers the flexibility to be based in either the US or Europe and requires a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to drive business expansion.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align sales efforts with business capabilities.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.


About You:

  • Strong commercial background within the CDMO or pharmaceutical outsourcing industry.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Deep understanding of drug substance and/or drug product development and manufacturing.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive long-term partnerships.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
